Shipping rates and eligibility vary by product and will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available on selected products and orders where indicated.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Orders to Hawaii may take slightly longer.

Where We Ship We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Hawaii. We do not ship to Alaska, US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands), or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Delays We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us at sales@yelvor.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
